I am moving to St. Thomas in early January for a year or so. I need a place to stay. My budget is about 600usd per month including utilities. I would like the apartment to be close to the ocean and within biking distance to the airport. I am going to work at the airport in the mornings and spend my days doing water sports.
I am willing to have a roomate around my age.
I am a 23 year old male from Minnesota. I don't smoke, no pets, and I am a light drinker.

well it seems that $600 is low, so I guess the max I can afford is 700 a month. Still though finding a cool roomate would be nice too.
