Does anyonw know somebody on STX that is willing to make a house call to diagnose why my Whirlpool refrigerator ice maker is not working? I have replaced the ice maker and the water valve and still no ice. Help!!!

Here the phone nr for an appliance technician we used a few weeks ago.
He was recommended by the furniture/appliance store in Princesse.
Think his name is JD (gave the receipt to the landlord, so not sure).

Called Friday afternoon, he came out Saturday morning.
Did a good job on our fridge.
