Hi there, myself and my boyfriend will both be moving to the island early november and would like some help finding a studio or 1br in our price range of 700-1000 a month. We would prefer (but are not set on) utilities included, close to the beach, patio/deck...all those great things that we realize jack up the cost of rent, lol! Right now we are located in a not so high class area of Philadelphia, PA and are used to living with people of many cultural backgrounds, can deal with mild noise, etc and we are not necessarily looking to move to a ritzy part of the island. We are looking for more affordable housing and most likely signing on for a 1yr lease. If someone could point us in the right direction or has a rental that fits our needs please respond with pictures if available and move-in cost. Also, I am looking to secure a position bartending when I relocate to the island as I have extensive experience in the service industry as a bartender and server. Any suggestions as to where to look for employment and if a lot of bars/restaurants/hotels/resorts are hiring? Thank you.
-Bridget
