I am moving from Canada to The US-VI later this year. I was wondering how challenging it is to adapt to driving on the opposite side of the road. Also, I am wondering if there are driving schools who assist with this?

If you already know how to drive you'll have no problem adjusting to the change. Hundreds of thousands of visitors every year do it and are comfortable driving in under an hour. Cars are typical American vehicles, LH drive; max speed on St Thomas is 35 with most of your driving in the 20-30 MPH range; slower on St John and a little faster on St Croix.

Not sure why you've posted on the classified section - the General/Relocating forum is where your post should be (see "forum list" above). When you go over there look top of page and you'll find a bunch of drop-down menus packed full of information to help with your move and adjustment.

If you're planning on staying a while you'll need to get a USVI driver's license and you'll find information on that in those drop-down menus.

There are driving schools that can assist if you don't feel confident to attempt driving on your own.
Check yellow pages in phone book when you get on island.
