My husband is making the first pass at apartment hunting in STT this weekend.
We are looking for a 2-3 bedroom ...
Priorities are location, safety, + space.
We know we probably want AC in the bedrooms (we've lived without for 3 years) or a place so high up that we don't NEED it.
With an infant, I have to have laundry.
We also want a back-up generator, but are willing to buy one.
We cook a lot so a good kitchen is also important. Prefer a gas stove, with glass/ceramic cooktop being 2nd preference and a full size refrigerator/freezer!
We are working with a realtor, but my husband is crashing with a friend and is willing to go out and see more....
He's got the task of then narrowing down the list for me to see. HA.
If anyone knows of something that I may have missed (I've checked MLS, Criagslist, and Trader)

We have a 2-3 bedroom available on the east end of St. Thomas, close to Red Hook. If you are interested please email [email protected] I could send pics, a copy of the lease, and any further info. Are place does meet all of your requirements except we have an electric cook top.
