ISO home repair/ Appraisal

Good Day. I'm looking to get a home repair estimate or home appraisal,on STX, to document the damage incurred from the hurricane, for tax reasons. All contractors I have contacted are too busy to do this work. Does anyone know of someone that is available for this?
