I am not a Jazz or blues musician, but will you be hiring for any other positions? I just moved to the island:)

Will be hiring all front and back of the house positions starting the 15th, the restaurant is Zizzlers located at the corner of Strand and Queens cross in Christiansted (upstairs).

Hi Chuck
I thought that was you! I helped you and Larry out with the space for building the tables and the container. I hope everything is going well. I will be back on Friday and will hopefully be able to stop in to say hello on Saturday.

This is great news!! It is rare to hear any great jazz on the island-though I must say the St. Croix Central Jazz Band is one of the best.

What will be the cuisine?
I am there frequently on business and would love to try something new!

Great! I would love to come talk to you and see the place! I saw an advertisement for Zizzlers a few days ago:) I live in Flamboyant Welcome near Christiansted. I am looking for something part-time to start as soon as possible.

Risa

It will be mostly traditional Cajun & Creole cuisine but also showing its root in the Caribbean. For Lunch pretty much what you would expect to get from a neighborhood restaurant or poboy shop. Dinner will include fancier dishes and more formal service.
