St. Croix Dolphins Swim Program
Learn-To-Swim Instructor
The St. Croix Swimming Association is looking for an instructor for the Learn-To-Swim program.
The Instructor will report to the Head of Learn-To-Swim and the Dolphins Program Director.
S/he will be responsible for certain aspects of instructing:
Teaching youth the basics of swimming and safety in the water
Maintaining safety and organization within classes
Completing course records and reports
Communicating with participants and parents
Maintaining records, including checking accounts and invoices.
Successful applicants must:
Be comfortable in the water
Have prior experience with children
Have good communication and organizational skills
Be age 16 years or older.
Lifeguard, CPR/First Aid, WSI or equivalent certification is desirable.
