Upscale STJ restaurant is seeking a Chef de Cuisine. Minimum of 2-3 years exp running fine dining kitchen. Will be managing chef responsible for ordering, food quality, and staffing.
Restaurant is an established STJ fine dining restaurant which is already booked well into season. Must hit ground running.
