A Place In Paradise has been previously used as a vacation rental apt. and is located on the cool, quiet northside in Estate Dorothea overlooking Inner and Outer Brass Islands, directly above Dorothea Beach. Quiet, safe location. Close to Hull Bay, town, airport, UVI.
Just bring your suitcase.
This very clean 1 bedroom, 1 bath apt. is fully and nicely furnished, has flat screen tv, full kitchen with dishware, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, toaster, microwave, bed linens and towels. Wraparound deck.
There is private off road parking for one vehicle on a separate parking pad and entry apart from main house. It's the only rental on the 1 acre property.
You can hear the ocean from the bay below.
Rental amount includes Electricity (up to $100), Water, Dish TV, High Speed Internet (BBVI), weekly laundry room usage, and every other month Terminix pest control services, monthly grounds maintenance. Property has a generator, a water filtration system and sliding hurricane shutters.
I am looking for a single, long-term tenant who is clean, quiet, works days, is employed full time and pays rent on time.
Prefer single occupancy for quoted rate.
Couple may be considered at a higher rate.
Sorry, absolutely no pets.
No partiers. No drama.
References required. 1 year lease.

I am a 47 year old fit male looking to relocate to St. Thomas or St. John after closing my company. I have been a self employed entrepreneur for 20+ years owning several businesses, landscaping, furniture retail / wholesale, home decor, wholesale trade show sales, IT, web design, graphic design, eCommerce and social media. Most recently was a private cook for law enforcement and military special ops K9 training outside Charleston, SC. I am looking for a business opportunity or employment in paradise.
How much is the rent for this property?
