The apt. is fully furnished, has flat screen tv, full kitchen with dishware, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, toaster, bed linens and towels.
There is private off road parking for one vehicle on a separate parking pad and entry apart from main house.
It's the only rental on the 1 acre property.

You can hear the ocean from the Bay below.

Rental amount includes Electricity (up to $100), Water, Dish TV, High Speed Internet (BBVI), weekly laundry room usage, and every other month Terminix pest control services, monthly grounds maintenance. Property has a generator, a water filtration system, and sliding hurricane shutters.

I am looking for a long-term tenant who is clean, quiet, works days, is employed full time and pays rent on time.
Prefer single occupancy. Sorry, absolutely no pets.
No partiers. No drama. References required. 1 year lease.
