Fully furnished 1X1 apt. will be available for rent now for 3 months, 6 months or a 1 yr. term. This apt. is normally rented as a short term vacation rental. It has dishware, pots, pans, glassware, towels, linens, microwave, toaster, HDTV, etc. It has a full sized kitchen and everything you need to move right in. Just bring your suitcase!

The rental amount is $1500 per month for a one year lease (1st, last and security of $1000).

Shorter terms and additional perons will incur additional cost.
Can be rented weekly for $700.00. 1-2 persons Max.

This rental includes ALL UTILITES:
Electricity, DISH TV service with 250 channels, High Speed Wireless Internet (BBVI), Water, Propane for stove, use of Laundry Room on same deck level as apt., Terminix Pest Control Services comes every other month and there is monthly grounds maintenance for the property. There are sliding hurricane shutters and the property has a generator with an auto transfer switch to power entire property. There is a whole house water filtration system.
