Hello there again! I just found another apartment that will be ready for lease by February 15th, 2009. It is fully furnished in a newly reconstructed building in Christiansted. Located in an area of major renewal, great neighbors, off street parking, A/C. Although the 4 unit building has been full, this apartment will be open within a week, and just need housekeeping services to get it ready for a re-rent. The rent is $950 per month, and wireless Internet, local phone and basic cable are provided without additional charge.
