We have a Large one bedroom (16 X 16) and a half (12 x 10) for rent right above Sapphire Beach in a very quiet setting. The second 1/2 bedroom can serve as a guest room or an office or a dining room. There is a large living room (16 x 16) with a screened in porch in a our private home. The condo comes with basic cable and wireless internet and is furnished. The property is gated, has a large pool, laundry, hammock, and great views of Sapphire Beach, St. John and the BVI. We will consider a pet.
Looking for a long term tenant that has an established job.

billd! Where are your marketing skills?? 12 X 10 IS a complete bedroom. Heck, 16 X 16 is a bedroom and a half! 😉

I was thinking the same thing. 12 x 12 is plenty big enough for a guest.
