Located in the awesome neighborhood known as "Miss Bea" on St. Croix' east end, our apartment is very comfortable with a large enclosed porch and a nice view of Buck Island (the National Park island located maybe four miles out). We have a large fenced and gated yard with mature fruit trees and a few free range hens. There are two beaches in the neighborhood within an easy 5-7 minute walk, and Chenay Bay resort is a 10 minute walk accessible through our neighborhood. Speaking of walking, we have great roads to walk and hike, including "the circle," which attracts walkers from out-of-neighborhood due to nice sea views east and west, very little traffic, and gentle slopes.. Christiansted is about a seven minute drive.

Although there is a split a/c unit in the apt., most tenants haven't found it necessary to use it much - the apt. catches the breezes and is naturally temperate since it's partially underground and abuts the cistern. The apt. is mostly furnished but we are negotiable on that if you have your own furniture.

$850/month includes Dish satellite tv., high speed internet, and garbage pick up. We are looking for quiet and mature non-smoking humans as our neighbors. If you are on-island with a pet we can meet, we will consider a well behaved critter that won't eat our hens.

Important Note: We have free range hens - single ladies, no roosters!
