Hi,
I have a furnished efficiency available for weekly,monthly or long term .It is located on east end,in a gated condo complex,with pool and beach on site.It is near public bus route,and walking distance to several restaurants.It has a small private patio,small refrig,microwave,electric burner,TV/DVD,and supplied with dishes,cookware,etc.

I am attending UVI as a graduate student [MPA] in the fall and am seeking a long-term rental [10-18 mos, depending on final courses]. Do you have any units available? An affordable large efficiency, room, one bedroom? I would be grateful if you do and willing to make arrangments at your earliest convenience.
