Im looking for a live in care taker for my home in STT. Here is the deal!
1. I provide a cottage for you to live in for 400/mt (plus utilities).The house is on the east end of STT.
2. You provide 8 hours of labor around the house. This includes things like taking care of the pool, mow the lawn, cut brush, paint, do minor repairs as needed, weed wack, and so on. Nothing very technical, but it is simply labor for a reduced rate..
3. You need to have the following:
- a second source of income
- non smoker
- not a party animal
- long term. needto sign a lease (first, last and 1 month security ($1200))
- self starter that sees what needs to be done and does it without being told
