Wanted, RESPONlSIBLE live in home care taker on the east end of STT starting 4/1. Care taker must be hands on to work on the property . Responsibilites will include, but not limited to, home repairs and be required to fix any problems that arise, perform yard work, clean pool, and respond to complaints from tenants. Must be self motivated and work on own.
The care taker will be provided with a private studio cottage on the property. The rent for the cottage will be in exchange for work 8 hours a week. Utilites will be the responsibility of the care taker.
NO SMOKERS!!!!

How about pets?
My husband seems to fit all these qualifications, but he does smoke. Would outside smoking be OK?
