I am looking for a self starter who will take care of my home in STT. I will provide a cottage to live in and you will pay a small amount of rent and provide 8 hours of verified work. First, last and security required.
Chores include pool care, grounds management, painting, small repairs etc.
Need a cell phone and transportation. Credit card a plus for any purchases when I am off island. (about 3-4 months)

My fiancee and I looking for something just like this. We are both in our late twenties and work as professionals in the SF Bay area. We have lived in the VI in the past and just miss it to much to stay away. I am currently restoring (with my Uncle) a 1940's home in a suburb of the East Bay Area and can do all that you require maintenance wise. Also I grew up on a farm so I have been working with my hands since I was a little boy. We would love an opportunity to move back to a place that we love in exchange for affordable rent.
