I will be in STT for my PMV on 7/28 - 8/2. I'm looking for a one year lease, one bedroom furnished apartment, starting 9/1/15. My 8 yr old, 19 lb pound dog will be joining me in December. She is fully house trained and stays in her crate when I'm not home. Will pay first and last month's rent, and can afford up to $1200/month. I can provide employment and rental references.
