The wide covered gallery provides afternoon shade and a great spot to watch spectacular sunsets. It’s just a few steps from the door to a wide sandy beach, with great snorkeling.
Fully furnished custom kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops, all new appliances, (gas range, dish washer, stainless steal refrigerator, and microwave) with washer and gas dryer in utility/storage room. Bedrooms cooled with high efficiency split A/C units. A large cistern with three stage filter provides fresh clean water to the whole house.
The master bed room furnished with a queen size teak 4 poster bed with matching chest and dresser. The second bed room has 2 twin beds, chest of draws and a full bath with walk in shower.
Lawn maintenance included. Pets may be considered on an individual basis.

Short term lease $1,800/month. Long term negotiable depending on length of the lease.
