My husband and I are looking for a long term (6 month) rental starting November 1 (to May). Our "start" time is somewhat negotiable as we plan on moving Nov.1 but would also consider anything through Jan. 1, 2011.
The following is a list of preferences for a rental:
2 bedroom
East End or North Shore east of Judiths Fancy.
Prefer Pelican Cove or The Reef
Must be fully furnished and clean
No pets
6 month lease
Budget is $2000 a month plus utilities
We are 50+ year old professionals and are doing a six-month trial run on STX, hoping to buy or start a business and make the move permanent next summer. We are both extremely responsible, neat, financially secure and can provide references. We currently own a home and are well versed in upkeep and maintenance. We would also be ideal people for housesitting/caretaking responsibilities of a home with an apartment or cottage for us to live in.
