WELL.. Here goes..
I am wanting to make it my permanent living place in St. Thomas., about May 2008 or so. I am seeking to do so by seeking and finding someone who would care to pursue sharing a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt. condo. or house . Or.... if someone might care to consider renting out a room in their house. I am not sure if this is an ordinary request in the Virgin Islands., but it certainly is a viable commodity here on the mainland. I am 63 semi retired , straight male. What do you think..Possible?? Talk to me... thanks.

If you don't finad a place and need a place to stay we have guest rooms at 100 night right next to Sapphire beach.

Another senior 64 looking for a AFFORDABLE place to warm my bones and look for potential "fixer upper" for second home/ investment somewhere on the island. Prefer rural if advisable.
For a stay of several weeks, TOURIST RATES are impractical for lodging. A modest/safe place nearly anywhere in the island would do.
