Hillcrest Guest House, Cruz Bay St. John, US Virgin Islands has a long term rental available.
The Peaceful Retreat is located on the ground floor and has a private entrance, with an enclosed
lockable porch. You also have access to the yard and top floor lounge, which has an ocean view
and DVD Library.
Fully furnished with two air conditioners and two flat screen TV's/DVD combo; 22 inch in the bedroom and 32 inch in the living room; also a Bose cd and radio combo. Free Wi-Fi and free cable are all available.
Cruz Bay and the dock is a 3 minute walk downhill. Electricity utility is not included.
No pets, cats or dogs. It is a Non-smoking guest house.
Trunk Bay Beach. and Frank Bay Beach are minutes away. Frank Bay beach is a 4 minute walk.
3-12 month lease is requested at $1300/month. First and last months rent is also requested.
Owner lives on property, upstairs with 3 dogs.
