Hillcrest Guest House, Cruz Bay St. John, US Virgin Islands will have a long term rental available July 16 and 20. One is located on the ground floor and has a private entrance, with an enclosed lockable porch. The Southern Suite is located on the top floor with ocean views on two sides.
The apartments are furnished with an air condition. Free Wi-Fi, free cable are all available. Cruz Bay and the dock is a 3 minute walk downhill.. Electricity not included in the ground floor apartment. No pets, cats or dogs. It is a Non-smoking guest house.
Trunk Bay Beach. and Frank Bay Beach are minutes away. Frank Bay beach is a 4 minute walk.
3-12 month lease is requested at $1100/month for the Ground Floor apartment and $1500 for the Southern Suite. A deposit is required.
Owner lives on property.
