Hi everyone.
I have a long term renter looking for a 2 bedroom condo or house located near Christiansted, that has AC and is pet friendly. Client has an 85lb Italian Mastif dog, so the condo complex (even if it accepts pets) must be able to take a dog of that size.
Client is willing to pay up to $2000 per month and is looking for a 2 year lease.
Please contact me if you have something that might be suitable.

We had a very difficult time finding a house that will take pets. The two companies with the most "pet friendly" choices always seemed to be Calabash and Coldwell Banker. Right now on the Calabash site, I see the Southgate Deck House that might work Southgate - Calabash. Also, on the Coldwell site is Mt. Pleasant Coldwell - Mt. Pleasant and Cotton Valley Coldwell - Cotton Valley. I would recommend giving Emma von Fink or Joe Thayer a call.
