I am currently on island on STX and looking for a furnished 1 BR Apt or Condo to rent from now until March '07. If anyone knows of anything available, please contact me as I am having no luck finding anything listed in the Avis. Thanks.

What is your price range? Do you have a preference to area (east end, north shore, what?). There are lots of apts/condos available in Sunday's Avis.

I prefer somewhere close to Condo Row, Orange Grove area. My price range is open as long as the area is relatively safe. The problem with the Avis is that by the time I call those places, they are already taken. I haven't had much luck finding something reasonable so far. I will continue to look though.

Tuesday (11/07/06) Avis: Long Reef STudio $600/mo. American Rentals & Sales 773-8470. They also have several other rentals listed in today's Avis. Good Luck!

I have a 1br/1ba apt for rent. It is in the Orange Grove area. It rents for $1200 / month

Dr. D, Hey I will be moving to st. croix in september of 2007. It may be a little early for to look, but I'm just curious what I can get for my price range. So, is there anyway I could see some pics of your place. What building is it in? I've been to St. Croix and looked around so I might know where it is. Thanks, Joe

You might try calling Ocean Terrace Condos. They are in the Orange Grove area and may have an open 1/BR. The number is 340-773-6901. This is a safe, clean complex with pool and workout room.
