We are moving back to St. Croix in January 2010 and looking for an apartment (1 or 2 BR). It must be pet friendly for a small 4lb dog. We will be on the island January 5. We are looking in the price range of $600-$800 a month. Close to Christiansted would be preferred.

We have a completely renovated apartment for rent. $700 month includes cable/water. Electric is separate. 500 sq ft., 1B/1B/walk in closet room/full kitchen. Pet is allowed. Centrally located 2-3 miles from Christiansted. South shore ocean view from property.
How long are you looking to rent?

Anytime? Only looking for short term rentals though. 3-5 months. Does that work for you?

Yeah kinda if it's still available in Jan. I guess. Just keep me in mind ok if it doesn't rent.
