We are moving to St. Thomas on the 13th October and looking for a long-term rental from the end of the month. We have two children and a medium-sized family dog. As my husband will be based at the University, we are hoping to rent somewhere on the Northside or West End for a maximum of $2000 per month. We would consider a furnished or unfurnished property.

We have been looking online (Daily News and Island Trader) and have contacted some agents, but if anyone knows of anything coming up in the next couple of weeks, please let us know.

Thanks

Hey SImon & Karyn!
It's Onika.

I didn't know you two didn't already have housing lined up.
I will keep my eyes out as we have seen signs recently on the Northside!
