Hi All!

Im looking for a 2-3 bdrm/2 bath house/property on the north side of STX somewhere in the range from Green Cay to Estate St John area, or (within 10 min drive from c-sted) I currently live in a house in St John and to put it mildly...im sick of it. The owner of the house doesnt care one bit about anything except a rent check. Moldy, slowly rotting kitchen, 25 yr old bathrooms and a roof that loves to leak. The view and breeze is superb, but doesnt make up for the problems. I have spent the last 2 years getting a new business set up here, we are now fully liscenced and an approved vendor through the VI Energy office to do business in Solar Electric. I would like to offer our services to those interested in having a PV system installed and possibly make a deal/arrangement in exchange for living expenses. A 2k system cost about $15k out of pocket 6 months ago, and after fed bailout and new fed money pouring in to the energy dept coffers, prices are about to go even lower. Curently, a 2k system costs about $11k and we are expecting it to go down under $8k after the new energy bill passes and the VI Energy office vamps up the rebates. See VIENERGY.ORG for details.

SO... if you have a house for rent and/or looking for a system, msg me 🙂

Looking for:

-August 1st move
-2/3 bdrm - 2bath
-North shore, near c'sted, from green cay to st john, or close 🙂
-washer/dryer
-breezy plz!! Hate using A/C!
-safe/concrete
-spot to park a 7 x 12 cargo work trailer
-outdoor deck space/ocean view
-an owner/landlord that cares about their house

*I have a 9 lb indoor/trained cat

Thank you
Cory K.

Cory,
Great news about the prices dropping with incentives. I'm still VERY interested in a PV system but other priorities and initial price has kept me from making the jump. Keep us posted when the incentives get better.

I'm sure you'll find someone williing to make a rent/solar trade. I would entertain it but as you may know it's just a 500 sq ft apartment.
And it's past the St John area.

Alan
