looking for 3bedroom 2 bath house on stx

what price range? what part of the island? When do you need a lease to begin? Do you have pets?

I am looking for the same thing!

We are moving to STX in the middle of June for at least two years. We have a lovely Scottish Terrier who loves to travel, doesn't shed, doesn't bark during the day or track dirt into the house. All in all she is an excellent neighbor. We also have a darling seven year-old named Sheela, she is very bright and talkative. She likes to make friends with everyone around her and is very excited to move to the island, I will not vouch for her cleanliness as I spend a small part of my life cleaning up after her and cleaning her (the dog goes to the groomer once a month and manages to stay fresh smelling and clean in between!).

My partner and I are coming to STX next Wednesday for a whirlwind 72-hour house-hunting trip and hope to find a nice rental somewhere to the east of Christianstead where he will be working in the US Attorney's office.

I do have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home on St. Croix in rain forest, lovely serene view of lush valley and can even see the cruise ship pier from screened gallery.
It's not furnished except for a couple beds.
Pets are welcome.
