It has been very hard looking for an apartment that's reasonably priced here. I figured with things being how they are that landlords would take it into consideration and lower the asking rent cost for some of these apartments. I mean seriously $1200 to $1600 for a 2 bedroom?? I want to be able to pay rent and still buy groceries, not to mention afford utilities. I am in search of a 2 bedroom or 3 which I highly doubt finding at $750.00. This would be for STX east end. Please reach out to me if you know of anything. Much appreciated.

are you on island now? there is a 2 bedroom for 650 above the place with tim duncan painted on it whos name I forget

Yes I am here now, I don't remember the name either but is that area safe? It's right up the street from the bars and that small grocery store right? Are you the renter?

Nope. My friends live there. I was by yesterday and I think it's rented.
We may have different definitions of safe.
2 bedroom for 750 is gonna be tough, but not impossible.
