I have 4 apartments and a house in need of some TLC. Looking for general maintenance, plus some remodeling and a little bit of "construction" type work.....concrete repair, etc.

Ideally, one person who can live in a small efficiency and work full time for a few months. Once the projects are complete, the job would be part time and you would be able to work free-lance for others or move on to another position. Also willing to consider a couple, who could live in our spacious one bedroom apt., nothing large enough to accommodate a family, but our neighbors have larger apts., so we may be able to work something out.

Must have a valid drivers license, be honest and have no alcohol or drug additions. Verifiable references required.

If interested, please email me at: [email protected]

Please let me know if you are currently on island, or when you expect to arrive, along with your work experience and skills, etc.

Will be glad to discuss accommodations and compensation on an individual basis.

Thank you.

Good afternoon. I did not notice which island you are on in your post. My husband & I are on STX. He is very busy with home remodeling jobs through Feb. We are considering a move either here on STX or to STT. So, if getting started in 2 months or so works for you perhaps this may be a match. Or perhaps not, as we have a cat, I need to be seaside or have a pool, & Carl has not accumulated all that many tools since moving from the mainland. If you want to discuss the possibilities let me know.
Thank you,
Karen or Carl

Sorry.....I forgot....we are on St. Croix.
We're about a mile+ from the water and no pool, but we love cats! 🙂
I'll send you a PM.
