Just took a job near the WGOD building on Crown Mountain and I am currently living near the Marriott. Due to the nature of this job it would nice to get pretty close to it so that I can zip up here quickly when need be.

I have budget between $650 & $900 for a month, though the more you charge the more I hope is included, utilities and water specifically. Looking for a 1 Bed/Bath, or a nice Studio, something that's just for me. I am currently living with a roommate and would like to get back to living by myself.

I have no pets nor any desire to get any, so no worries there. I'm someone who spends a lot of time at my place because I feel the need to get my money's worth out of it. So if you want a tenant who takes good care of your place (unless it's mechanical, I can't do that), talk to me.

Respond here and I will give you my cell or other ways to contact me.

Good afternoon,

I can't help you with an apartment. Sorry.

The reason I'm writing to you is because I live very very close to WGOD and I am looking for a job. Could you tell me what you do for work, and are there any other opportunities ?

Thanks,
Suzette

Still looking, I have seen some places in the last couple days. Still hoping to find something up on or around the Crown Mtn area.

And if you don't have dogs or dogs around you that would be really great to find too! That's almost worth more cost for the peace of mind I would get from lack of dogs.
