For single female doctor with a cat on temporary assignment in STT.
She will fly into St. Thomas on Saturday, Sept. 7 and flies out on Monday, Dec. 9, rent must be no more than $1500 per month, include all utilities and be fully furnished. My commission would only be $375 total for the 3 months rental, if you know anyone interested.
She will have a car and be working at RLSH. I would have to preview rental prior to recommending. PM me if you have something available and include a contact number. Thank you.

$1500 per month rental, plus your security deposit and a pet deposit if necessary for an indoor, declawed kitty.
Possibly a bit more, if the right place/fit. A/C and WIFI necessary.
The rental amount being paid directly to landlord by company relocating mid-wife to STT for that period of time.
My commission is $125 per month/$375 for 3 months which is paid as a finders fee by owner as I get no fee from company doing the relocating.
