900 1 Bedroom furnished unit, ceiling fans, split a/c in bedroom, outdoor porch, pool and laundry facilities
850 Studio fully furnished, new full size gas stove, full bath, split AC , ceiling fan, outdoor patio with ocean view
location is gated community of ST C Condos---not STC, its a former bed and breakfest The In At Pelican Heights
NICE PEACE FULL place to live, wife and I live on site, total of six units
