Looking for an apartment in STT

I've been a full time resident for 15 yrs. I sold my condo and am now looking for a new home to rent here in STT. I have a cat, that is very well trained, so I would need that to be alright. My main requirements are for it to be clean (I am a clean freek, lol), that is has a W/D or hook-ups (cant bring myself to go to a laundry mat on my days off) or the possibility of having hook-up's installed, and is in a safe place for a single professional. Prefer a 2 bdrm, but will consider a 1bdrm, if it's nice. I would be a great tenant as I am a landlord here in STT myself and I know all the drama that goes along with having to deal with tenants. My rental unit is a Studio and way too small for me to live in comfortably, hence the Apartment hunting.
