Hello!
I recently moved to the island and am looking for a one bedroom, studio, or roommate situation for an immediate opening. I will be working East of Christiansted and so would, ideally, like to live in that area. I am a recent college graduate, and my budget reflects that accordingly, but am willing to pay $800.00-900 (or maybe more) for a nice place, but for a long term situation, $500.00 would be nice. I will have transportation, so that will not be an issue.
Please let me know if you have any information about a place that sounds good for me. Thank you!

will have a two bedroom one bath unit just east of christiansted available January 1. Mango court, quiet garden setting of duplex buildings, parking lot and outdoor area under a huge Mango tree. $850 pm plus utilities.

Have a great 700sf efficiency with large bath and walk in closet BUT it does NOT have a kitchen. I put a small fridge & microwave in and a gas grill on the deck and lived there fine for over a year. It's in Tipperary near Cheese Burgers. Let me know if you're interested.
