If you want to rent in St C, the best condos are the units that are on the top-row, top-floor of condos. I used to live there and know all about them.

You should call the St C office @ 340 -773-6341 or 340-718-6341 and talk with Ramona, their Office Manager.

She just got Unit #335 ready for long term renting -- it has washer and dryer and several new appliances. You can ask Ramona to see that unit #335 - it definately has the best views!

When I went, they were asking $1000 for rent but you might be able to negotiate a lower rent.

We live just above Judith's Fancy... Quiet, Private, off street parking, onsite laundry...

check out our website for apartment 6B. We have a smaller one bedroom open. I work at the National Guard base near USVI and it takes me about 5 minutes to get to work.

Rent is $775 per month and includes 220 channels of satellite TV, wireless internet, pest control, and - we live here too, so any concerns get handled pretty much right away.
