Hello,
I recently moved to St. Croix for a teaching position and am looking for an apartment. I would like to live in close (i.e < 1 mile) to either Frederiksted or Christansted town - would be nice to be able to walk to places.
I'm teaching on the west side, so Frederiksted would probably be preferable for an easier commute.
It's just for one person, so a one bedroom would be suitable. Would like to have it furnished, and utilities already in place (cable, internet), if not already included. An A/C in the bedroom would be amazing too.
Looking to keep my expenses under $800/month for rent.
If you have anything that sounds like it would work, please let me know... I'd also be willing to be a roommate if someone is looking to fill a room and would make a good fit.

Hi 10c,
My apartments are not particularly close to Frederiksted, we are approx. 3 miles west of Christiansted. I have a one bedroom at $950, a studio at $850, and if you find a roommate, I have a very large two bedroom, two bath at $1650. You can look at my website, http://www.virginislandsrentals.com
