Looking for Apt/house/Condo,Moving to STX April 20th

You may be a bit hard-pressed to find a place that size that far East for only $1500/month. Most of the places we looked at in that area started at $2000 and went up (a lot) from there. The cheapest ones you'll find will probably be here: http://www.stcroixpropertymanagement.com/propertymanagement.php, but none of them at the moment appear to be anywhere near Gallows Bay. Another thought is Mill Harbour Condos (go online and look at pics through Coldwell Banker). It is a gated community with a really cool bar/restaurant, pool, beach, laundry facilities, etc. First place I lived when I moved on island about 7 yrs ago. It is about a 5-10 min drive from town heading away from gallows bay.

Also, I might know an incredible 3 bedroom but it's about 15 min past gallows bay (closer to the Divi). I'll see if it's still available and let you know when I find out!
