does anyone know of a good place to buy a small truckload of topsoil and have it delivered in the la grande princesse area? and what would be a good price per yard?

Be very careful where you get your topsoil. I would ask for references. I know that sounds strange, but there was someone out west selling some (still does, I think) that I was told killed everything in the yard. The landscaper had to start all over and absorb the cost. I don't want to say exactly where, because I might be wrong, and that wouldn't be fair. Just be careful.

My boyfriend is a landscaper and buys small truck loads of topsoil for $25 a truck load. The place is located near Estate Strawberyy on route 70. The easiest way to find it is to go from Kmart in Sunny Isle and take the back road to Centerline Rd. You will see it after you pass estate strawberry on the side of the road. There is a big backhoe and truck with a sign that says TOPSOIL. You have to call the guy when you get there and he will come meet you. Not sure of the number but its on the sign and we always call when we get there.

I think (if it's the same place/location?) if you are going FROM Sunny Isle TO LaReine (going on the road that passes ScotiaBank...then a 'big curve' then a 'next big curve' with the sign for"Estate Strawberry" on your right...it would be on your right on 'your next big curve'.
Sorry about the island directions....anybody else have easier ones? :S
