Will be landing on St. Croix August 1st. Looking for an apartment on the East End. $650.00 month to month or 6 months. I work in IT.

I live in NYC. Great neighbhorhood... with a doorman. Might be interested in Apt. Swap with someone(a peaceful surfer or something) lol... from the East End. No New York attitude here, tho. Im originally from laid back New Orleans.

Get in touch with Kim Lucas - (340) 626 3758. She works for Sotheby's and is a good friend of mine. IDK if she has anything in that range or is doing rentals at the moment but she can either help or get you to someone who can. She helped us IMMENSELY on our PMV two years ago, plus she is an awesome lady 😉 Good luck .
