Ok please don’t laugh.....
We have officially moved and are living in St. Croix.
Budget 450k ish. More if potential rental income.
No Condo
Min 3 bedrooms not including potential rental.
Pool is a must
No HOA.
Solar Power preferably.
Possibly might be able provide a realtor who may be able do the sale with no realtor costs to seller and buyer.
Looking to close by November.
