My new tenant is interested in getting Innovative DSL. The CS gal told me once I bought the modem, it was mine. Does anyone have a relatively new one they are no longer using--ie moving etc? We're on stx, but it could be mailed, I'm sure.

Does your tenant live on the same property as you? Then all you would need to do is purchase a router (about $50 to $60) and install it on the main computer and then your renter could tap into the wireless network.

we don't now have Inn. DSL, but the modem is needed to get the service, and they charge 100.--Figured someone might have one they're no longer using, for a lesser price.

Ahh...you never know someone may want to sell one. At $100 it is cheaper set up then satellite.
But if you do have anytype of internet (not dial up), you can share it that way.
