I've got a modest budget, but I have a real need for a car to get me to/from work and around the island this year. and what is your maximum to spend? I have a 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix for sale. $3k when i get the windows fixed. Without the windows fixed, $2500. I live on St. Croix.
