Ok...I am in not a rush, but just trying to gather as much info as possible. I am arriving in STT on the weekend of August 8th. I will be looking for a long-term 2-bedroom rental. Because of my long move I would need something furnished. I have another guy coming down in September. My job will begin as soon as I arrive. I am also having my vehicle shipped to STT, so private/gated parking would be great. TV/Web is near the bottom of my list, but always nice to look for. Utilities included/not info would help. Rather not talk $ until I get serious responses. Any info would help and I'm sure some of you have seen my posts a lot in the last 1+ week. My search is minimal...prefer Red Hook, but would look at Frenchman's Bay area as well. Thank you. -Lucas P.S. Doesn't need to be waterfront, but safety/walking proximity is always nice.

Until you can give at least a ballpark figure, you'll get few serious responses.

Hi - If you are truly interested in all the features you mentioned, I have what you are looking for. A very nice two bedroom/2 bath Condo at the Anchorage Condo just outside Redhook. The unit is fully furnished, includes linens, dishes, TV cable, etc. You pay for utilities, but I keep in my name so no hook-up issues. High speed internet available. You probably already know that virtually all leases here require first and last month's rent and one month's security deposit. My unit rents for $2800 plus utils for an annual lease. It's available immediately. No smoking or pets. You could move in this weekend. If you are interested, call me at 340-513-4298 or email me at [email protected].
