Professional family on STX looking to rent a 3+ bed / 3+ bath home on island. House must have a pool and a view! Will also consider homes currently on MLS for owners looking to cover costs or come off the market for a bit. Will sign a minimum of 12 month lease. Looking at a possible move in late spring or early summer. Willing to pay in $4k/month range for a nice home.
