Hi there,
I know things are slowing down a bit around here so there should be lots to choose from... (maybe you have one or know of one?)
I'm looking for a nice 2 bedroom apartment/house preferably with a view and a breeze.
A decent balcony or porch would be great, as would A/C and on-site laundry.
I know the rent is less in Coral Bay, but that's a bit too far from work and town (Cruz Bay).
Ideally I'm looking in the $1200 - 1500 range, but could go as high as $1800 for the right place with the right amenities.
(And yes, I've seen enough around here to know what makes a good deal.)
Signing a 6 Month lease is not a problem.
My roommate and I are both older (40-ish) with stable jobs, we are non-smokers and do not have pets.
