My daughter and I are moving to St Thomas July 2nd or 3rd and we are in need of a nice apartment, that is affordable and in a safe area. I am ok with either a rental for short 3 months and up or long term up to a year. Please email me pictures, price and details. Also please let me know a good time that my friend can come and view, since he will be coming from Tortola, we prefer an afternoon or weekend appointment.

How old is your daughter? I have a two bedroom but we do not rent to to young families as we have a pool and do not want the liability.
